TIPS ON SELECTING A HOTEL:

Properties vary enormously in price, with the most luxurious properties having the best location, nicest grounds, nicest and most extravagant pools and sports facilities, spa and fitness center, and a full range of services.

Most properties offer a wide selection of options, based on view, room type, room size and amenities. The best views and largest rooms with the most amenities are more expensive than less luxurious rooms in the same hotel.

We and our partners know most of the properties and have access to comparative offerings.

To help you get what you want at a price you want to pay, please consider whether you prefer to have a less expensive room in a best property, or the best room in a less expensive hotel. To do that, consider which aspects of the property (location, grounds, pools, tennis, golf, spa & fitness center, services)are most important to you. Then consider what aspects of the room ate most important (view, room type (hotel room, condo, kitchenette etc), room size, room location, bedding, and any other amenity. By focusing on what you consider your highest priorities, we can recommend options that meet these priorities exactly, or that come closest to providing most of what you want. These would presumably be your favorite rooms.  By eliminating everything you don't consider a priority, you can find more affordable options that would still satisfy your own personal requirements.

Prices listed HERE are based on the least expensive room type, single or double occupancy, showing the prices before  taxes (as they appear on hotel and competitor web sites) and after hotel taxes are included.

Please note that actual rates will vary. Rates fluctuate by season and by occupancy and are based on availability.

Some hotels offer a family plan which allows children to stay in the same room as the parents at no additional charge.  Please note that maximum occupancies still apply.  We will help you find a hotel which has a suitable family plan.

Maximum occupancy refers to the highest number of guests permitted to stay in a room.  The maximum occupancy may be higher than the number allowed for the price given. If a room has a maximum occupancy of 4 and the price shown is for 1 or 2 people, the children may be able to stay free if the hotel has a family plan. However the room maximum occupancy of 4 guests still applies. A family of 4 with 2 children may stay, but this room would not be available for a family of 5.

Hotels can be tentatively reserved, then confirmed with a deposit and later paid in full prior to travel. If you prefer to pay for your hotel at the time of check out, please let us know because we will have to book through the hotel instead of a wholesaler.
